Two trips in a row on the Ramform Viking. Working for Hyperdynamics offshore Republic of Guinea. Previous trip was MC3D (TGS-NOPEC/CNR) East of Shetland, UKCS Quad 3.
Congo Dec 09 – Jan 10
Project for Total E&P Congo on the Ramform Challenger offshore Pointe Noire, Congo. The Challenger had just been retro-fitted with the GeoStreamer® recording system and streamer, and was the first Ramform to deploy the technology. There was one platform requiring undershooting within the prospect, and the Atlantic Explorer (below) was used as source vessel.
